Boxed well and opened and set up with no issues. The attached picture is the mattress with the daybed and comforter I also purchased from Wayfair. The mattress just needed a couple of hours and the shape was perfect after unboxing and no lumps or issues. My daughter absolutely loves this new mattress! We bought it for her dorm. The full-size fits perfectly on the bed frame that is also from Wayfair. The box that the mattress comes in has very simple and very specific instructions on how to open it. One small little cut, and the mattress unrolled itself, and then one more cut, and the mattress filled back up with air and was perfectly full and ready to go in seconds!
