Very sturdy table with self storage leaf. The wood is lighter than I thought, but it’s okay. We love this extendable dining table for a few reasons. One, it showcases the perfect French country look thanks to a turned pedestal base with four scrolling feet. Two, it extends, helping you accommodate six guests when it's fully extended (four when it's collapsed). This table is made from solid poplar wood and showcases an antiqued, light gray base that provides the perfect neutral contrast against the darker gray tabletop. Full assembly is required.
