I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. This is a really high quality chair. The material seems really sturdy and high end and it’s very comfortable to sit in. It will do well in any kind of weather and it folds flat for storage. I have a new patio to put these very lovely chairs onto — and am about to not only order sunny yellow seat cushions from Wayfair for comfort, but am also about to order two more chairs to have a set of four! These are made of the high density recycled material that does NOT need to be covered up if left outside, and do NOT need to be brought in or stored in the off-season. They will also not fade or oxidize in the strong sun year around. We have strong winds in the desert, and I will never see these lifted up and taken away! They are quite heavy, and super sturdy. Package was received on time - barely. Delivered late in the day. This item packaging was NOT up to the Wayfair standards I have come to expect. The parts were basically wrapped in bubble wrap and thrown in the box. However, all necessary parts were included and nothing appeared to be damaged. It just was not packed well.. James.
