The urinal looks great. I haven't had it installed yet but it will be nice to have one in my basement bathroom. There was a bit of misleading in the shipping notices. I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!! I have nothing but praise for all my dealings with Wayfair.ca. Excellent service before and after the sale!! Update: I finally got this installed and it works perfectly. Very nice cabinet and mirror set, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a little on the heavy side, very well built. The only problem we had was during delivery. We paid extra for delivery to the room, but the delivery company refused, so we had to hire another company to take it down 7 steps.
