MultiChoice Universal Tub / Shower Rough - Universal Inlets / Outlets

I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. I purchases the product to replace an older one that came with the house 20 years ago. This one is smaller and definitely flushes more efficient.
