I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. Works as advertised. Make sure to set the braces to the right length before putting it through your window. That will save time from adjusting it while sticking your body out of the window. Only bad part is the water that you have to drain out of it. The port where the water drains from will be on the inside. So far I’ve had to drain it after every use but that’s me being cautious..
