This is truly a beautiful stainless sink. My first one arrived extremely well packaged but I noticed a tiny little mar on the outside lip of the drop in sink. I called Wayfair customer service, and the representative placed the order for a replacement while I was on the phone with him! New sink arrived in just over a week. Excellent customer service!. It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. When all that is resolved, I look forward to using it for a long time!. Lisa. Royal Oaks, CA. Wed Nov 19 2025
