The sale price was extremely competitive and after doing some research on the company I was sold. The company is in Tennessee and make each tub to order. They were a great resource on a subject I knew little about. I have never had an indoor jetted tub. They answered all of my questions and also recommended modifications that I added to my order. The tub was delivered in about 4 weeks. We unboxed it and conducted a leak test according to company standards. It is perfect! The general contractor that I hired thought it was well built and great looking for a small, jetted tub. I hope to have years of enjoyment from the foot jets and back jets. Update Wayfair sent me replacement very quick and it’s working great! I The fridge came damaged !!! What a waste of time ! It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting.
