It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! I purchased this not to replace a water haven set-up but just to replace same shower head (without ball connector) to the shower arm with ball socket. At the time I didn't know the shower arm was standard connection to the riser so a replacement arm and replacement head would have worked rather than this kit. The kit worked but after unscrewing the ball socket from the shower arm the adaptor wasn't able to be threaded because the points of the hexagonal nut protruded too far so I filed them down until it threaded in. Good vacuum and wayfair happened to have the cheapest price at the time I purchased this. Setup was fairly easy. Be sure your WiFi has 2.4 ghz capabilities or you will run into profile setting it up.
