This is a beautiful upgrade to my original toilet. It's sleek, flushes well, is water-saving, and easy to clean. However, in my experience, some plumbers are not fond of the one-piece toilet. My installer stated that the toilet is too heavy, difficult to line up, the flange did not fit, and the ring and hardware are mediocre. He used different hardware and a different wax ring. Fairly easy installation. We did all the installation ourselves and found it fairly straightforward. Very happy with our purchase so far. Do wish the seat didn’t go up every time you walk near it. We got the gold which is very gold. We really liked the look of it however the post was not long enough in our counter to install. Our sink is too close to the hole in the counter, so the post had to be longer in order to fit. We went to the hardware store and tried to find an adjuster but they had nothing that would work. The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. Super nice faucet, solid brass, nice heavy fixture and a reasonable price point. Came quickley, well packaged. No problems installing. I really like that it has a pop up and down drain stop. I have these types in my master bath and love how eay they can be pull out and cleaned. The brushed gold is beautiful, I'm having trouble finding matching brushed gold accessories to go with it. While the maker does have a few choices, there are only a few types to choose from and I'm not a fan of how the look. Love the sleek look of the faucet and it functions very smoothly. Would recommend. UPDATE ON ITEM ...... faucet started leaking within 30 days. Waiting on replacement.
