I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. Pair this pull with the delicate oval coordinating cabinet knob in one of four classic finishes to satisfy any taste. Each item is individually wrapped to protect the item from damage. Attachment hardware is included.

Pulls work great. We had a unique need for door handles for two different doors in a recent remodel. Both doors were ball catch closure with the door style too narrow for a dummy door knob set. We already had the pull on the kitchen cabinets and decided to use the larger 160mm for the adjacent pantry doors. The look is uniform and ties together the two areas. We also had a narrow linen closet with the same ball catch closure and decided to use it there as well to tie in with the adjacent cabinetry. Again, it looks good for this non traditional application. We did replace the enclosed screw with a longer (3”) #8-32 machine screw to accommodate the thicker door dimension and added a small #8 zinc washer on the screw head to provide more bite for the handle opening the door..
