The rectangular omelet can be filled and rolled evenly and then cut into slices with an identical diameter. Im glad that I found this set on Wayfair to go along with my new cookware. The price on Wayfair was better than on other sites. The protectors keep the interior of my non- stick pans safe when I need to stack pans. The silicone pot holder set has a holder for the pans handle, because it may conduct heat while in use and the pan handles are concave so this makes them easier to hold onto. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application.
