I was blown away by the quality of the unit.. the fact that it came with everything except the "drop ears" was incredible.. When I first opened the box I thought " what the hell did I get myself into".. but it was made for worldwide sales so they " dumbed down" the instructions for those if us that usually just look at the pictures.. the quality of the stuff hidden behind the wall is top shelf and the finish of the things is so see if unbelievable, they even give you white gloves, for the "hoity toity" plumbers or there i guess..haven't finished the shower to attach a photo or I would. I got the precision 20 piece knife set for Christmas. It’s awesome and am thrilled for the self sharpening feature. The only feedback I have is on the Santorum knife handle is small.
