In terms of performance, I tend to rely on the higher‑BTU burners. They heat quickly and work well for most of my cooking. The lower‑BTU burners, however, take noticeably longer, so I don’t find myself using them often. One small inconvenience is that I have to push down the knobs twice to ignite the flame, which isn’t a deal‑breaker but is worth noting. We recently purchased a new gas range for our rental house that we own. I was surprised that it didn't come with a broiler pan, nor give that as an option to add to the purchase. I consider that to be as basic as a burner! Very disappointing!!! Also. BTW, I don't understand why you went to JUST steam clean vs Self-Clean! I think you should either provide both OR JUST Self-cleaning. The latter is definitely preferred.
