Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. draw backs: swivel only rotates not even 50 degrees-160 would have been nicer. Also I thought it was a pop up drain. The ones sent were not. Typically, they do not hold up as well and harder to replace. Pros: shiny, heavy solid metal. Puts a newer look to an outdated brushed nickel or brushed chrome. The existing vanity was bought at big box store which included two very cheap looking faucets. Now to update the cabinet hardware! Plumber said install was easy plus the cabinet was not in place against wall so he could get to it from the back of the cabinet vs a switch install. UL & cUL listed electronic transformer is the perfect solution for wiring multiple low voltage fixtures. WAC transformers are intrinsically safer transformers because they are compartmentalized to allow no greater than 5 amps of current to be drawn on each compartment. Secondary wiring for transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. Maybe dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer.
