I normally would not want a standing TP holder, but in our newly designed and painted powder room I really did not want to drill holes in the wall. Also I need to make sure a walker can maneuver in the bathroom so I needed flexibility with items that are affixed. I also did not want to drill holes in the vanity for a TP holder.
