We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. This range is amazing! Love the large countertop with multiple burners. The larger one is 3300w and the left rear burner is a warmer. The inside of oven is very spacious and the racks snap in place.
