Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this item. The box looks like it had been opened previously and there’s two marks that could be dents. They are not in an area that would be very visible. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. Ive requested replacement parts for this 3 times since September 2025 and have yet to receive them. I received replacement feet for the arms and they were not the correct parts and never received the replacement slip cover. The feet of the sofa are plastic and the feet i received were wooden. I accidentally sliced the slipcover opening the vacuum sealed plastic which i understand is my fault and have no problem paying for but they're not reliable in sending the parts. I want a refund because i have an incomplete sofa. The arms need the feet to secure onto the sides of the sofa, the slots wont connect if the arms are resting on the floor. Ottomans are more comfy than sofa cushions. Update: 2/2026 months later I still haven't been sent all replacement parts no matter how much n I ask and they claim they've sent it. The hood arrived well packaged. It came with installation directions. It is a perfect fit for my space. It is a solid piece and looks very nice. This vent is made very well. I plugged it in to make sure it is operational. No issues. Stainless steel is well protected. No scratches or blemishes.
