Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!! This shower pan is perfect. It’s a much lower threshold than what I had in my home that was built over 20 years ago so definitely an improvement. This is a good solid shower base. It was generally square and straight although the front edge was a bit bowed out. It doesn’t come with a drain so keep that in mind. I can only review this on look and packaging at this time because I haven't been able to install it yet. But it came nicely packaged and it looks like it has everything I need to install it. I got it because I have a smaller shower and it was the only one I could find that would fit. Which from the look of it, it will. It is a really nice, sturdy door, and it pivots instead of slides. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close!
