Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!! We do highly recommend this product, definitely 5 stars!. Marianne. Thu May 29 2025

The beauty of the Illume wall-hinged walk-in shower enclosure lies in its simplicity of form. Taller than most competitor shower enclosures, our frameless 3/8” tempered glass panels come in a standard 78” height. Glass is treated on both sides with EnduroShield coating, which aids in repelling water and soap residue, allowing the panels to be fully reversible. In addition, our superior quality solid brass hardware is available in a variety of color finishes to suit any bathroom. Very nice door. Hinges are set for a 90 degree close. The hinges mount to one shower wall. If your walls aren't square with your shower base then your door will close too hard or not enough. If your door closes too hard, you can open a hinge and take a spring out. There are two springs in each hinge. If your door doesn't close enough you can open the hinge, remove the shaft and file or grind it to change the closing angle. I had to do the latter because my shower wall was at an angle that was greater than 90 degrees to my shower floor. The shower door directions don't mention altering the hinges. But, if you're handy with tools it's easily done.. Keith. Cherry Hill, NJ. Sat Mar 23 2024

This pivot semi-frameless shower door brings a modern appearance to your bathroom. It features easy-clean tempered glass and smooth-gliding rollers for effortless operation. The door is reversible for left or right hand installation and offers easy installation with comprehensive instructions.

I can only review this on look and packaging at this time because I haven't been able to install it yet. But it came nicely packaged and it looks like it has everything I need to install it. I got it because I have a smaller shower and it was the only one I could find that would fit. Which from the look of it, it will. It is a really nice, sturdy door, and it pivots instead of slides. It's also pretty heavy. Be sure you have 2 people to carry it. I will update this review once I've installed it , but it may be a while before I get that done.. Barbie. CA. Thu Jun 11 2026

Product is great!! We’ve had it installed now for 3 months love it. Very easy to install amazing quality. Went to a local glass place was quoted 3500 for similar panels. Had to remove 1 star as the shipment was a nightmare. This product must be a scheduled delivery. It took 5 attempts rescheduling on Wayfairs part, which was inconvenient. I would take the day off work they wouldn’t show. Even when their system would say it’s being delivered that day. They did give me a very very small refund, but the headache was an actual nightmare. I wasted so much vacation time wish they would’ve done more.. Sarah. Stockton, CA. Sun Jun 08 2025
