Im genuinely impressed with this mattress. The medium-soft feel (3.57 on the firmness scale) is just right - supportive enough for back sleeping but with enough give for side sleeping too. The ice-silk cover really does feel noticeably cool when you first lie down, which is a big plus if you tend to sleep warm. No more flipping to the cold side of the bed. The 200-night trial gave me confidence to try it, and honestly I dont see myself returning it. For the price point, the CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX certifications are a nice bonus — good to know there are no harmful chemicals. Truly excellent, no fluff. The mattress is heavy . You need two people if you’re bringing it up the stairs. It’s easy after that. Use the inclosed tool to cut through the first layer of plastic and it begins inflating. Cut through the remaining plastic and listen to the hiss. Remove the plastic and it immediately inflates. This is not one of those mattresses that you need to wait 72 hours to inflate, it’s literally ready to go. If you need a firm mattress that’s not hard, but stiff enough, this is the one.
