Very happy with this purchase. Arrived protected by foam inserts totally around the ends. Very heavy Duty type of unit. Has duel blowers that have a 10 year warranty. And have 4 speed settings. Which you can operate by either touch, remote or by waving your head across the front of the unit. I do recommend having two people to lift and install it. It comes already set up for a round duct through the top. But they give you plates to change it over to 4" X 10" like I had to do. Very simple process. It comes with a plug attached if you already have an out in the cabinet over it. Or you can hard wire it . Which is what I chose to do. Overall it's a very nice unit and I am happy with it. This is a nice-looking faucet, but if I had to do it over again, I would not get a sensor faucet.
