i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality. As graceful as the fronds that flow from the crown of the palm tree after which it is named, the Maypan Chandelier has flowing upward limbs of petals made of bleached coconut shells held in place by a wrought iron frame finished in coco cream. The color of the metal is so in sync with the natural material that looks as if it is a living specimen.

The acanthus leaves rising from the rope-ringed band of the Biddulph Semi-Flush are made of wrought iron in a gold leaf finish. These match the mount securing this gold ceiling light to the white acrylic shade. This light is one of our introductions in the Bunny Williams Collection.
