Took about 2.5 hours to put together. There is a hanging wire under (in the middle) that was lingering but I called and found out it was not important. One of the pieces arrived a bit bent but nothing crazy. The quality seems pretty solid, though we have not turned it up as the weather has been rainy lately. I really enjoy using the Griddler. Pancakes turn out great, the panini seems to need more time, but the results have been positive. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. The workmanship on the unit is solid and my only criticism is that there is only 1 set of swivel casters (2 would make it easier to maneuver on my deck).. Al310. Guelph. Tue Apr 05 2022
