We started our journey with Kohler's Purist collection and were disappointment to learn how the right angle faucets don't reach far enough into the sink or tub. They cause problems by not reaching far enough into the vessel and having a straight-down water flow. This product is designed with a lift rod to switch between the faucet and hand shower. Unfortunately the engineers can not figure it out, why we have to use a pair of pliers to lift the rod. we use the bathtub very seldom and try to not use the hand shower because the rod is not movable without a tool and the lift rod's knob can sheer off after awhile.
