A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. I really like this desk it's perfect for my use has plenty of space so I don't feel cluttered. My husband assembled the desk he said it went ok took him about 2 hours the only reason for the 4 star review is when he was putting together the "Overlay" the screws didn't come with it he had to stop and make a quik run to our local hardware store to purchase the screws the only con is the cabinets at the top doesn't come with handles to open them my husband is going to drill some holes to add handles for me. I like that it comes with a key for the drawers and there's space in the back to hide cords fits perfectly in my home office otherwise I'm glad I made this purchase Thanks Wayfair!. Tammie.
