Great couch however JW delivery company out of Springfield is a huge disappointment. They don’t schedule appointments they just text you a datetime and won’t answer their phone. I’m so disheartened about this purchase. It’s been a complete debacle from the beginning. We ordered this couch in December and I had to inquire on its whereabouts in January. I was informed it was lost in transit and they sent a new one. A couch was delivered and was heavily stained and missing the bottom of the chaise. I called Wayfair and was informed that the delivered couch was the first lost in transit couch and the replacement was coming yet. At this point I was irritated but still holding out that the replacement would be ok. Second couch arrived and to my dismay, was torn and had rips in the fabric and one corner was completely deformed and mangled. I am nauseated thinking I spent 3,000 on this. Extremely easy to put together! I am not usually Mrs Fix-It but this only took around an hour to put together. A little smaller with a slightly darker color than it seems to be in the picture, but otherwise pretty accurate. Cushions seem firm so I’m hoping they’ll get a bit softer as they get broken in. Pictures of the couch look beautiful. It looks big and comfortable with fluffy pillows. This is not what you will get. In person, the couch looks much like a cheap small college dorm room piece of furniture. The pillows are paper thin, the couch itself is very low to the ground and absolutely no padding on seat and back cushions. Couch looked too small even for my 9 year old daughter. Sigh.
