My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. This 12-pack of 14 watt 7” LED 5CCT Selectable Disc Lights features a versatile design in a white aluminum trim, suitable for damp locations and that fit standard 3.5" and 4" J-Boxes, allowing for an easy and quick installation for both remodels and new construction and allowing users and installers to choose the tone of white light they desire before installation.

Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality. The Refrigerator and freezer are well made for modern living. There's a European vibe to it. I like to cook and have a large family. For our needs, I think the size of both the fridge and freezer are lacking. For example, if we were having a party and catered food, a standard full size tray would not fit the depth of the refrigerator shleves. The icemaker works very well, but can overflow. Ice gets trapped behind the drawer and the door wont shut. We have to use an extension tool with claw to retrieve the ice.
