I dropped a star because there were two ridiculous steps in the instructions that made installation difficult. 1) the screws in the catch U side arent long enough to hold with your fingers to navigate them into their respective holes and the metal U is magnetic, so when I tried to use my drill, the screw kept clinging to the side of the U. I had to use two pencils as a tong to navigate the first screw into its hole before I could then get my drill bit in there. 2) to secure the outer housing to the inter U bracket, I had to drill my own holes. this meant partially disassembling, then drilling through the metal, resembling, then adding the screws..
