I dropped a star because there were two ridiculous steps in the instructions that made installation difficult. 1) the screws in the catch U side arent long enough to hold with your fingers to navigate them into their respective holes and the metal U is magnetic, so when I tried to use my drill, the screw kept clinging to the side of the U. I had to use two pencils as a tong to navigate the first screw into its hole before I could then get my drill bit in there. 2) to secure the outer housing to the inter U bracket, I had to drill my own holes. this meant partially disassembling, then drilling through the metal, resembling, then adding the screws.. Very powerful water flow. Fills up my large soaking tub in about 5 minutes. Cleans up nicely. Very sturdy. Spout rotates which is a nice feature. Wand can leak out a little water if shaken for a minute after turning off water but this hasn't been an issue.
