We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. I was more than a little skeptical at first but after reading reviews and doing research we pulled the trigger. The spa arrived in less than a week and we couldn’t be happier. This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it. Quite pleased with these steps. They aren't the most fashionable, but the size is great and the storage within is ample and secure, provided you close the lids tightly. We've had multiple days of intense rain; the chemicals inside have stayed dry and happy! Assembly was easy enough, just follow the directions and don't make the mistake I did, which was neglecting to slide 2 of the end pieces to the back before attaching it all (got distracted, it's an important step). Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer.
