Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I paid for Handy to set this up as I knew I would be screaming at it along the way. I'm glad I did. It took my tech about 7 hours to do as he said the instructions were terrible. He would install a section then realize it wasn't in the order it should have been so then he had to undo his work and do it again. Great for the price.
