This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the look of this Mohawk Elite Sand Cloud Oak flooring. It was very simple to install. Measure, cut and click in place.
