Its going under a covered patio so it should be fine but I definitely want to have it out in the elements. The assembly wasnt overly complex but it is very detailed with lots of parts. Plan on a couple hours. Youll need a large clear area to sort out all the different pieces. Not hard, just tedious. It looks nice but I doubt it will have a lot of staying power. Im okay with that. Well designed and manufactured. Hardware is well packaged and reasonably marked. The hardware code in the instructions and what's noted on the package needs to be better synchronized. As typical with China supplied fasteners, the steel is soft so don't over torque and be careful using a drill driver not to strip the heads. Really like the cart! It is sturdy and going to be very useful on our deck for grill cooking and storage!
