We really wanted to like the PRO 500. We ordered it because its overhang over the stove was the largest out of all the models we saw, and we wanted maximum smoke protection. But we installed it and decided after seeing it in person that it felt too bulky for our kitchen. The sides were also too flexible and left a gap between the cabinet and the hood.
