I wish I could give ten stars! This ceiling fan is so beautiful! When the lights are on the crystals sparkle even more. I was absolutely impressed that the light has two options of day light or soft. It’s sincere when I say this crystal light fixture with ceiling fan blades that are hidden until activated is the answer to my issues I’ve been having for years. The photos probably don’t do it justice. This is in our primary bedroom. I love some sparkle and glamour. It’s Florida and hot upstairs in our room so we do need a ceiling fan. I really want to emphasize that the metal clasps are nothing more than a bent piece of thin metal, and the crystals have the potential to fall out. Just replaced a 21 year old standard gold ceiling fan with this BEAUTIFUL Fandelier. Installation up high is not easy. The fan / light combo is heavy and two people would be needed to do it right. Our issue is the instructions. It is obvious they were translated into English. Another issue: there are NO instructions for how to operate the remote. There are notes for what the buttons are but not how to use the remote. They are needed to make the light work correctly. We did an online search with no positive result.
