Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this item. The box looks like it had been opened previously and there’s two marks that could be dents. They are not in an area that would be very visible. This product is absolutely gorgeous. And YES, I would recommend it. But, it was VERY difficult to install. My husband is a licensed electrician and we have renovated several homes, but the instructions were very poor and it is just awkward and cumbersome to install. I searched for literally hours for a range hood that had a CFM higher than 800, was 36" but didn't have the touch screen controls. I finally came across this range hood option since it was very decently priced. Overall, we are very happy with it especially considering what it costs. Range hoods can get quite speedy. My favorite thing about it is the real buttons! They are placed in a great spot and are super easy to turn off and on. The lights also work wonderfully. It works good getting the smells out. I would say the only con is it is a bit loud, even on the lowest fan but even with that, I would still really recommend this hood. Many viewers complained about the grates coming in a white color and not stainless steel as advertised - please note, they aren't white. There is a white sticker for protection that you have to peel off. That was a pain as it was hard to get off but I understand why they put it on there for shipping.. Rachel. Oregon. Tue Jan 20 2026

Very sturdy, made of plywood as described. Super cute retro green! It’s not easy finding a base cabinet end shelf with a rounded corner, so I’m so very pleased. Haven’t yet installed so I’m not sure of the height, 18” taller than the standard base cabinet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband put this together. It arrived in a large box and installation for him was slightly difficult. He stated that the directions were not included so he had to look them up. It took longer than expected but after fully assembled there were no real issues. The unit does not have a top because it is meant to go under a counter top. The finish is decent.
