The only very minor complaint is that the protective film all over the refrigerator is very hard to remove from places like inside corners and around the doors. When we could no longer ignore the need to replace the rattly old wheezebucket I started shopping and discovered that we could replace Ol' Stinky with what was essentially the same unit, or spend a little more and get a Bosch. We've had a Bosch dishwasher for over 10 years and have never had a problem, so I was leaning towards believing the "hype" that accompanies this brand in the U.S. I bought the Bosch. This thing is somehow dignified. It looks almost regal shoved into its little corner of our kitchen. It's quiet, the icemaker actually works without scaring the entire household with little grinding explosions every 45 minutes and the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer stay consistent. This is a great refrigerator for my small kitchenette. I gave it only 4 stars because although it stated that panel wasn't included, it wasn't stated where I could get a panel. It looks unfinished without a panel and I'm now trying to figure out how to order one. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt.
