Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
