This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT. This is a gorgeous console sink, super sturdy and fine quality! There wasn’t any costs savings other than free delivery and not having to travel 50-100 to an American Standard retailer. We did run into a minor issue on installation a few months after the purchase with some missing hardware; when I contacted American Standard to obtain the appropriate screw, I was informed by American Standard that Wayfair purchases do NOT have ANY warranty- I was shocked!! I told the American Standard customer service person that I paid full retail price to Wayfair, the identical price at Roman Bath Centre in Toronto. Fortunately American Standard made an exception and arranged for me to receive a new hardware packet, phew! I had no idea that warranty would be voided, possibly because Wayfair re-sells already opened product?? I’ll be very cautious on all future purchases from Wayfair for sure. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
