We need these for a specific date that is why we ordered them. Now they are telling us that it will be an additional 2 weeks before we receive the rest of the parts! This is unacceptable! It said on the website that the item was in stock and after we order the item, all of a sudden it is out of stock. And on top of not getting everything we ordered, the top cross bars are rusted! This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
