A finish offering a subtle contrast of neutral white and beige, featuring a recessed center panel with slightly raised floral pattern detail. A beautiful and neutral creation that allows for a wider variety of installations. This completely finished architectural ceiling medallion is the largest round medallion offered and creates an instant focal attraction with its 3-dimensional detail. Also, a crowning elegance to a chandelier installation for a ballroom, cathedral, restaurant, or large home, which is often a good time to install your selected medallion. The item comes fully finished out of the package and is hand cast in a lightweight polystyrene that will never shrink, split or crack. Prior to masterpiece moldings' creation of this collection by AFD home, the only way to have had an advanced ceiling with this level of design would have been a very expensive addition and an owner willing to take on an elaborate installation project, requiring carpenters, finishers, and in some instances even artists. One of the best parts about this item is that installation could not have been made easier, as the outer ring is created with a cabochon design allowing intermittent spaces specifically created as locations for your screws or hollow wall anchors, matching decorative caps are even provided that will cover the screw heads of your anchors and offer a complete professional looking install. A 1.5" center hole is provided for the installation of chandeliers and fans. The overall measurements are 98.50 x 98.50 x 3.00. Absolutely beautiful medallion. Arrived in perfect shape, beautifully wrapped. Made of nice and dense material. Please understand that this is a fairly deep ceiling medallion, and that the "leaves" or "fans" that project from the medallion's center are not designed to lie flush against the ceiling surface. I made a special trip to the local hardware store to purchase a threaded "nipple" to accommodate the added depth of the medallion. But the effort was worthwhile because the impact that this medallion makes is truly wonderful.
