Perfectly packaged. Once I cut open the vacuum sealed bag the mattress pad puffed up rapidly. First opinion was ohhh this super soft. It is definitely for deep pocket mattress. Fits my queen like a glove. One side is pillow and one side is more textured. Want this particular pad for the bad back relieve. Well.. needless to say, the pad did help my back slightly.
