Cooking on this restaurant-grade unit after toiling on a 30” cooktop Since 1996 is like going from a rowboat to a yacht. Incredibly spacious and powerful 6-burner gas top above a super wide convection oven that’s big enough for two turkeys and a pan of stuffing. Even heating. WARNING: The first week I cooked on the new stove, I burned a few items because of the BTUs this will crank out. Took a little trial and error, but I mastered it.
