[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently added the Napoleon Built-In 700 Series Infrared Burner to my outdoor kitchen, and it’s been a great upgrade. The heat output is impressive—it gets extremely hot, really fast, which is perfect for searing steaks or cooking with a wok. The build quality feels solid and matches the rest of the Napoleon 700 Series nicely, so it blends in well if you already have their grill. I also like how easy it is to control the temperature once you get used to it. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone building out a higher-end outdoor kitchen.. April12.
