This cabinet took a long time to receive. It arrived without any type of assembly instructions. The quality seems very good, and it will be a great addition to my audio rack system. Getting the Fridge from Wayfair was a much more pleasant experience than ordering it from Samsung. We waited for our original purchase from Samsung for almost a month. We eventually canceled our order and purchased it from Wayfair because Samsung could not give us a concrete delivery date. But that was not without another big hiccup. The fridge did not come with any panels, though the images show the default panels attached. If you carefully look at the description, it says “panel ready.” Tricky if you don’t catch it at first. We love the fridge and all its features. The compartments and the beverage hub fit all our refrigerated food in a very organized way. The ice feature is cool too! It makes regular and bite-sized cubes. The water jug with the flavor diffuser is also cool. The sensor allows the pitcher to be filled when necessary. With all that we love, the fridge in our kitchen looks like an unfinished product. Wayfair only has the middle and bottom panels for sale, so even if I had paid attention and ordered them from Wayfair, I would have encountered the problem of not having the panels in the color I wanted. The only company with the panels we wanted was, you guessed it… Samsung. And though we were promised all three panels on the same date, one arrived, and we are in the second week waiting for the other two panels to arrive. When the one panel arrived, it was the color we wanted, but not the finish. It turns out the color we wanted only comes in matte though we wanted a reflective glass finish like the one that came as the default color on the hub. This was our fault again because we trusted the images rather than the product description. I don’t think Wayfair is not responsible for the debacle. I believe that Samsung didn’t have enough foresight to realize that having customizable panels would leave inventory problems all around because there is no way to know what colors will sell faster in one area to the next. They are also responsible for the images they use to feature their product. Would I order this product again? Yes. I love the fridge and its features, but I am disappointed to wait so long for the panels. Will I continue to order from Wayfair? Absolutely!
