I searched for literally hours for a range hood that had a CFM higher than 800, was 36" but didn't have the touch screen controls. I finally came across this range hood option since it was very decently priced. Overall, we are very happy with it especially considering what it costs. Range hoods can get quite speedy. My favorite thing about it is the real buttons! They are placed in a great spot and are super easy to turn off and on. The lights also work wonderfully. It works good getting the smells out. I would say the only con is it is a bit loud, even on the lowest fan but even with that, I would still really recommend this hood. Many viewers complained about the grates coming in a white color and not stainless steel as advertised - please note, they aren't white. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. This is the second Cafe' dishwasher we had one in our previous house. After it was installed, I questioned why it wasn't running. The installer said it was. Had a hard time finding a fan the size I wanted but this was it! I wanted a larger size and most were not long enough for my 36" stove width I wanted a good 4" on each end. It looks great. Bit loud on low speed but think it's bcs it's so long. I don't mind. And it does a fantastic job of sucking up garlic or onion smells! Love the sleek look, baffles easy to remove and wash.
