I dropped a star because there were two ridiculous steps in the instructions that made installation difficult. 1) the screws in the catch U side arent long enough to hold with your fingers to navigate them into their respective holes and the metal U is magnetic, so when I tried to use my drill, the screw kept clinging to the side of the U. I had to use two pencils as a tong to navigate the first screw into its hole before I could then get my drill bit in there. 2) to secure the outer housing to the inter U bracket, I had to drill my own holes. this meant partially disassembling, then drilling through the metal, resembling, then adding the screws.. I was relieved to find a shower door that had an inches worth of adjustment to it because the space that we had to put it in is not exact. I was also glad to find a door that would work with a very small space. That's where the bi-fold comes in. The space that we have would not work well with either a hinged door or a pivot door. The door is attractive and I suspect the glass will clean nicely once we know that it is installed properly. That has been the only problem. The instructions apparently are not that great and the person installing it for us house already come back once to correct the mistake of having the door outside of the gasket which I don't suggest doing because that will just let water in. But I'm fairly certain he installed one of the door strips upside down and it's not working quite right. If the instructions were really good I would give it a five plus plus Star Wise.
