Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. These look better than the average thin wafer lights we install. I thought when I ordered them they would change colors, but my electrician said they don't. I like that you can flip the inner circle up and direct the light where you want it. They look substantial without taking a lot of space in the ceiling to install. I would definitely buy them again..
