The door swings into the bathtub to give bathers more interior space as they enter/exit. Size: 31.75 in. x 52.25 in. x 38 in. (fits standard 60 in. opening with extension panel). The 5-Piece fast-fill (18GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The Royal also comes with Ella's Dual Drain Technology- the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. It consists of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, an intensity dial, and strategically positioned hydro jets for a targeted, effective massage. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on. Giving this one star for very unethical and unsatisfactory customer service from the supplier ( not Wayfair). Tub was delivered with a damage area on the edge of one side. Wayfair was notified immediately by delivery team and said supplier was notified and I should be hearing from them shortly. It’s almost a month and the supplier have not call or contact me regarding this damage. However, Wayfair has follow up with excellent customer service and is working to resolve this issue with me.
